This notice is not a contract notice, a call for tenders or an invitation to submit offers. The publication of this Request for Information and market consultation does not initiate a procurement procedure. The purpose of this Request for Information is to obtain information on available market capabilities and to hear the views of potential service providers in order to support the preparation of a possible future procurement. Participation or non-participation in this market consultation will not affect the position of any participant in possible future procurement procedure. The Digital and Population Data Services Agency, Digi- ja väestötietovirasto, later DVV, is preparing a possible procurement concerning certification services for Finland’s future European Digital Identity Wallet. DVV may use the information received through this market consultation for planning and preparing the invitation to tender. Based on the responses received, DVV may, at its discretion, invite respondents to further discussions or request comments on draft procurement material before the possible publication of the actual invitation to tender.
