Patentstyret, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, would like tenders for a contract for licences and licence management. The scope includes entering into a multi-year contract for the hire of software licences and licence subscriptions, as well as Software Asset Management (SAM) services. The SAM services include ongoing management and monitoring of the Norwegian Industrial Property Office ́s licence portfolio, including periodical reporting. The contract shall cover the Norwegian Industrial Property Office ́s ongoing need for licences from suppliers such as Microsoft, Adobe, Citrix and VMware. A contract shall be signed with one tenderer. See annex 1 for further details on the need.
