This work will examine the drivers of productivity, competitiveness, innovation, sustainability and export growth, while identifying structural challenges and emerging opportunities across the value chain. The analysis will inform a strategic roadmap, to be developed by the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, aimed at significantly increasing the sector's Gross Value Added (GVA) over the next 10 to 15 years.
