Kyseessä on Tofwerkin valmistamien lentoaikamassaspektrometrien (APi-TOF) jännitelähteiden päivitys. Päivitykset tehdään vuosina 2009, 2010 ja 2014 hankituille APi-TOF:lle. Valmistaja ei enää tarjoa tukea vanhojen jännitelähteiden ylläpitämiseksi, joten niiden päivitys uudempaan laitteistoon on välttämätöntä laitteiden käytön jatkamiseksi.
