The Agency for Urban Environment and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like to procure a new control and monitoring system for signal installations and other technical installations along roads. We would like input from suppliers in connection with the procurement so that we prepare the tender documentation in the best possible way for all parties. We would like, via this hearing, to receive input on concrete questions that we deem particularly important as regards the design of procurement requirements. The questions are gathered in chapter 3 in this document. We have also attached a draft of the requirement specifications (annex 1). The requirements in the annex are still being prepared and can be changed before the competition notice. We attach this version as a consultation basis so that it is possible to give feedback if there are requirements that the tenderers believe can be difficult to fulfil, are extra costly etc. We would like the answers to the questions in chapter 3 to be prioritised. Any comments on the requirement specifications will be added to a separate table at the bottom of chapter 3 and not in the actual requirement specification. Replies to the market survey shall be submitted in Norwegian. See the attached consultation document and the draft of the requirement specifications.
