Description
Het Laboratorium voor Genoomanalyse van het AmsterdamUMC wil de komende jaren de huidige robotstraat gaan vervangen. Deze bestaat uit 13 robots voor de verschillende flows binnen het laboratorium. Aangezien de Diagnostiek moet blijven doorgaan en er onvoldoende ruimte beschikbaar is zullen de verschillende robots gefaseerd vervangen moeten worden. Voor de volgende flows is vervanging gewenst: Hierbij goed om te weten dat niet elke robot alle flows moet kunnen runnen • DNA en RNA samples kunnen kwantificeren, verdunnen en aliquoteren. (liefst als 1 systeem van a-z/opslag systeem integreren met robot systeem) • Inzetten van NGS flows zoals Short read Illumina Library preps en Long read Nanopore Library preps. • Opzuiveren van PCR reacties denk hierbij aan Sanger sequencing maar ook NGS flows • Opwerken van een meervoud van 96 of meer samples • Opwerken van 24 of minder samples 13
