La présente consultation vise à l'attribution d'un accord-cadre, alloti en 6 lots, ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations d'entretien des espaces verts et prestations associées applicables au territoire de l'agence territoriale Ile-de-France Ouest. Pour chacun des lots, il s'agit d'un accord cadre conclu avec un seul opérateur économique, à exécution mixte (à bons de commandes et à marchés subséquents) passé en application des articles L.2125-1 alinéa 1 et R.2162-1 à R.2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Chaque lot s'exécutera suivant les conditions financières détaillées dans le dossier de consultation, à savoir sans montant minimum annuel et un avec un montant maximum annuel.
